Refunds and processing

To return or exchange your order, please contact NICO LÉON via e-mail or any other social platform. One of the team members will get back to you within 24 hours with all the information needed to complete the return. We choose to it this way in hopes of not wasting any unnecessary paper. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the purchase. Note that NICO LÉON only issues a refund if the product(s) is in the same conditions as at the time of delivery. The returned product(s) remain your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your return goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it. 

Please have in mind that the cost for international shipping will not be refunded and will be withdrawn from the refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties nor taxes. Refunds will appear in your account within 7 working days from that we have processed your return in our warehouse depending on your bank/card issuer.

 

Return policy

As a customer you always have 30 days to return or exchange your order from the date you received your order. To return or exchange your order, please contact NICO LÉON via e-mail or any other social platform. One of the team members will get back to you within 24 hours with all the information needed to complete the return. Once we have received your returned order, we will notify you via mail of the refund. The product(s) may not have been used if we are to accept the return. Returns that don't meet our policy will not be accepted and will sent back to the customer. 

• Product(s) must be in original condition and cannot be used.
• Product(s) must be returned within 30 days after the order has been received from us.

Exchange

To return or exchange your order, please contact NICO LÉON via e-mail or any other social platform. One of the team members will get back to you within 24 hours with all the information needed to complete the return and simply place a new order on our website. NICO LÉON will issue a refund for your original order upon receiving the return at our warehouse.

Please note that sales-product(s) are non-exchangeable but can be returned with a refund if sent back in original condition. 


Complaint & defective goods

We try to ensure that your goods arrive free from defects. However, should you receive faulty items or an incorrect delivery, please make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after delivery. When a complaint is made, an investigation of the product(s) is carried out. In some rare cases, we will send your complaint for further investigation to the supplier. We are always working to improve, therefore NICO LÉON appreciate you giving us your opinions and express your concerns.

If you receive defective product(s), please notify us immediately by sending us an e-mail to info@nicoleon.com and our team will work hard to make sure you get compensated in form of new product(s) or a refund. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) you are entitled to complain about defective product(s) within three years. However, you must always notify NICO LÉON within a reasonable time after you have detected that the product(s) are defective. If NICO LÉON consider the product(s) to be defective, NICO LÉON will make a full refund of the costs of the product(s).
